Dolly Parton Imagination Library serving 400 children in the
Heartland Region with a book a month until the child's 5th
birthday, The Huron Backpack Program serving
approximately 300 children each week with supplemental
food products for the weekend, A collaborative effort with
the Huron Kiwanis Club-The Dental Bus provides over
twenty thousand dollars of dental care to children in the
Heartland Region who have not had dental services,  
•        The United Way Heartland Region is the coordinator of
the Day of Caring project in Huron and also collaborated
with Modern Woodman, Huron Parks and Rec to install the
Born Learning Trail in Winter Park.
