Box 652 Huron, SD 57350 605-352-3537 Application for One-Time Program or Service Grant-2011 To help make a difference in the lives of others and strengthen youth and family programs, the United Way Heartland Region is offering one-time grant opportunities to private, non-profit organizations in Beadle County. The total amount awarded will be $40,000.00, not to exceed $5,000.00 per organization. Deadline for submission is February 8, 2011 by 5:00 P.M. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. E-mail a completed application, along with deliverables listed below, to rkludt@hur.midco.net or mail to the address listed above. E-mailed applications are preferred. Awards will be announced by February 28, 2011. To complete the application electronically, save the application document on your computer and rename the file to include your organization’s name. The completed application should be 2 pages or less. Please do not change font size, font type or page margins. To be eligible for a grant review, please provide the following items.
